Sales / Client Service Specialist

About the Job 

The Client Service Specialist will handle direct selling and handling of Churchill Living's leads for furniture rental in the Boston market. This position will also handle after hours phone and internet leads for furniture rental sales and will have the ability to design custom room packages using Churchill Living's inventory.

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm + additional after hours phone and internet leads as applicable.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Monitors the phone and internet lead queue to ensure all call backs to clients and leads are handled within prescribed contact period,
* Emphasizes Furniture Rental brand values and sells the inventory that Churchill Living offers versus the competition.
*Quotes prices, credit terms and generates leases and appropriate paperwork. 
* Maintains company database with client updates to specific contacts, address and notes on the company level as needed. 
* Secures all signed paperwork from client, on leads handled.
* Responsible to accurately record accounts into MRI as per client specifications. 
* Assists with additional responsibilities as delegated by the Sales Development management team.

Education/Experience Required 
Minimum two (2) years: Background training in FR sales and or design experience; Real estate sale experience a strong plus; knowledge of real estate industry leasing and rental a plus.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
