About the Job

The Customer Service Representative makes a daily impact in the lives of thousands of guests around the country. This role responds quickly and efficiently to inquiries and handles/resolves problems that arise.

We are looking for organized and detail oriented candidates with a warm personality to ensure that our guests have an excellent stay. All customer service functions for this role are provided over the phone from our Hawthorne, NJ facility.

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm in office. Rotating weekends and holidays from home as scheduled.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Handle all relevant customer service needs of our clients while communicating with appropriate departments and utilizing relevant tools.

*Follow through all guest requests and activities until successfully completed.

*Troubleshoot customer service inquiries.

*Manage guest arrival process.

* Provide coverage for team members as scheduled.

*Support training for Customer Service Team Members.

*Oversee emergencies from the call center.

Education/Experience Required:

Strong Customer Service skills.

Computer proficiency required.

Experience working with hospitality guests or experience in a customer service setting.
