About the Job

The role of Customer Service Representative is a key member of the Customer Service Team responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries and to handle and resolve complaints.

Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm in office. Rotating Weekends, Holidays from home as scheduled.

Roles and Responsibilities

*Handle all customer service requests regarding parking, refunds and early check-in requests.
*Follow through all guest requests and activities until successfully completed.
*Troubleshoot customer service inquiries.
*Manage guest arrival process by providing move-in instructions; parking set up as necessary and additional requested travel needs.
* Provide coverage for team members as scheduled.
*Support training for Customer Service Team Members.
*Oversee emergencies from the call center.

Education/Experience Required:

High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); hospitality experience preferred.
