Sales / Director, Business Development Real Estate

About the Job 

The role of Director, Business Development will develop relationships for Churchill Living's Furniture Rental business in the NYC real estate market focusing on Churchill Living's competitive advantage in high end inventory. 

Days/ Hours: Monday -Friday 9:00am-5:30pm.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Focus on real estate agents, property development companies, builders and residential Building property referrals for use of Furniture rental services.
* Attend real estate broker sales meetings and networking events.
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with key clients.
* Deliver sales presentations to key clients.
* Provides monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to key clients.
* Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product and other networking functions.
* Join all potential networking events
* Conduct staging services for direct clients
* Show apartments for new guest.
* Show Churchill Living, corporate apartments to potential clients and ,meet and greet guests upon move in.

Education/ Experience Required 
Minimum (2) years': background training in interior design, staging a plus. B2B experience; corporate account management experience a strong plus; knowledge of real estate/housing/furniture rental industry a plus. 
Strong Organizational and communications skills required. Computer Proficiency required. Must be able to travel for client meetings.
