Administrative / Guest Service Specialist

About the Job

The role of Guest Services Specialist is customer focused and will be responsible for exceeding our guest expectations by providing them with impeccable guest service. This role will assist in the efficient day-to-day operations of one of our premier properties in Boston, MA monitoring activities and troubleshooting issues as they occur.

Successful candidate must be a polished individual with a positive and energetic personality and ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; Liaison between property management and guest.

Location: Arlington, VA. Must be able to travel to other properties as assigned in the Washington DC area.

Days/Hours: Wednesday - Monday 3:00pm-11:30pm


• Assist with guest check in/out process.
• Meet and greet guests.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and in a timely manner.
• Monitor the quality and condition of the apartments.
• Assist with ordering household inventory and storage.
• Monitor apartment key inventory.
• Communicate with property management for timely maintenance and repairs.
*Assist with Customer Service Department assigned tasks; maintaining office/property, trash removal, processing laundry, and etc. 
• Additional duties as assigned

Education or Experience Required
High school Diploma or GED required, hospitality experience preferred. Customer Service Experience Required.
